I believe in sharing empowering information and ideas with others to help aid their survival and wellbeing.
 
As a result of having health problems preventing me working a full-time job I've sought answers to solve the problems I'm dealing with. My journey has lead me to try various alternative and complimentary therapies, also gaining an alternative view on life, health & politics in the process, that's just say I've an inquiring mind!

I'm forward thinking, being open to new possibilities, however I'm a fan of traditional values. Also I try and support anyone who I can see to be doing positive actions to help others and improve conditions. My intention is to only support pro survival groups.

 From here on the sunny south coast - Bournemouth, England, I'll be sharing some stuff which hopefully you'll like. Lots of empowering info, good grooves and the occasional bit of comedy thrown in for good measure.
