Nick Clegg prompting the reaction for the problem?

Clegg and Cameron will give the British people a referendum on EU membership when the time is right.

- I now understand this from watching an interview with UKColumn Editor - Mike Robinson, on Theo Chalmer's - One Step Beyond programme, Edge Media (Sky 200).

EU full Fiscal Union is the solution to the problem of the current sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone. During the interview Mike states the Europeans previously wouldn't accept full fiscal union, using a currency not from their on country. Now the problem of the current crisis causes the reaction, thus giving way to the solution.

Britain doesn't have the Euro because it's not beneficial right now to the City of London. It's worthy of note, the City of London is a city within a city and IT IS Sovereign, regulating itself.

Clegg and Cameron will give the Brits an EU referendum when the people demand Britain to be a part of the decision making process in the EU. The key concept here is: Problem-Reaction-Solution.

You create a problem, there is a reaction, then you offer the solution, usually to be accepted by the masses and the leaders.

An EU membership referendum is not a good thing for Britain, the vote can be manipulated, if not by rigging the vote, but by manupulating the voters to believe they are doing the right thing.

Since David Cameron came away from European without securing anything for us and not signing up to the latest Treaty, it appears Clegg and the LibDems have presented the problem for the public, that we appear to have "lost our place on the table".

My understanding Clegg and his progressive (change) party cohorts are planting the seed for the electorate to want Cameron to sign us up to a new EU Treaty, with the other 26 nations, in order to secure our place as a decision maker, because of course we don't want to get left behind do we?

It must be noted when our neighbours Ireland were given a referendum they had to vote a second time since the right outcome wasn't acheived first time around....

A referendum is a bad thing for Britain I'm afraid folks, it's in our best interests to pull-out and declare independence now!

On Wednesday I popped down to Occupy Bournemouth, on the grounds of Bournemouth Town Hall. Just felt the urge to show some solidarity for those camping there.

My Twitter feed showed: "critical mass reached when a protest hits Bournemouth" - A significant moment it seems.

Is this the beginning of the revolution? Really cool to be part of a key moment in history, well I popped by for a couple hours and said hi, shared a warm drink and an iced tart. I buggered off once the pouring rain got too much to bear, wearing just a flimsy spring-time jacket.

Along with the 99% slogan, I spotted a google Hollie Greig sign, and a Lawful Rebellion sticker. Saw a sign declaring the occupation to be peaceful and lawful plus a sign in solidarity with police, who will be feeling the force of the austerity measures themselves shortly, in the form of wage cuts.

Lots of support was shown for the occupiers, in the form of donated food, candles, blankets etc plus horn honking motorists, driving by, especially the taxi drivers.

Despite threats from Bournemouth Borough Council to remove the occupiers spirits were high within the encampment. I had intended to pop by for 15mins, then go. The atmosphere was so warming, I returned in the afternoon (with my contribution of tinned potatoes), spending a good couple of hours there, chatting with many of the individuals making a stand. Great to listen to their feelings/opinions, as well as solutions to the problems we face.

Oh yeah, got to meet an online friend Gary, for the first time in the flesh. He told me a couple I know from the Bournemouth BC Group had dropped by too, giving their support.

Check out the interview with Gary on ITV Meridian news:

Another blogger came and took a look around, the same time as me. Check out his in-depth piece from his Infantile Disorder blog:

Personally I'm interested to see how things pan out for the Occupiers, I noticed there are some there part of the old school, who's viewpoint of seeing things politically is either left or right, whilst others were coming from the new school of a post 9/11 world fighting against the New World Order.

We are living in interesting times.

Until today I wasn't entirely sure what a Lightworker is. Whilst visiting the Green Community Fair - Kinson, I had a chance meeting with a lady on a stall (who I bought a ring from for my wife), who I found out to be a Lightworker.

Anyway I got chatting with her and she explained quite simply what it  means:

"When you go into a room of people where people are cross about something, you can the feel energy. The energy is "heavy". What a Lightworker does is work towards creating lighter energy. It could be a teacher or anyone helping others. It's also connected to the planet and creating positive energy for us a whole."

We chatted a little about the topic of 9/11 truth and conspiracies and that you can have a conspiracy within a conspiracy. As my Scientology friends would say it can be suppressive - putting you into the state of fear. Basically focussing too much on negativity topics creates more negative energy.

Significantly for myself I've had the cognition that recently I've been focussing too much on confronting negative stuff, producing more of this heavy energy. What I need to do is even it out seek more activities creating light-energy.

Going back a couple years, I used to take part in Scientology and also Tai Chi classes, most weeks, recently these 2 activities have been missing for my weekly routine. As a sufferer of tension headaches it really isn't good for me to devote so much time putting my energy into confronting negativity, a healthy balance is really important.

My intention is to keep some light-energy creating activities within my routine. Two weeks ago I helped out the local church lunch-club, for the old folks. It was really fulfilling. I'm going to try my best to go along every week, do Tai Chi and give less attention to the alternative view. This doesn't mean I'll stop looking at the alternative view and helping spread awareness of injustices, but keeping a healthy balance so I'm not suppressed by what I confront.

Very much a personal blog entry, as opposed to simply sharing something. Hopefully it has had some meaning for others.

Keep it groovee!

Video by Young Turks - Russell Brand Nails UK Riots In Guardian. Actor and comedian Russell Brand had an interesting piece on the UK riots in The Guardian titled 'Big Brother Isn't Watching You". Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss.

From Russell's article:

Why am I surprised that these young people behave destructively, "mindlessly", motivated only by self-interest? How should we describe the actions of the city bankers who brought our economy to its knees? Altruistic? Mindful? Kind? ...But then again, they do wear suits, so they deserve to be bailed out, perhaps that's why not one of them has been imprisoned. And they got away with a lot more than a few fucking pairs of trainers. -Russell Brand

Read Russell's full article at Guardian website:

 - Russell raises some interesting, valid points.

Adding in my personal opinion I feel the Metropolitan Police really needed to have made a statement straight away following the shooting of Mark Duggan in Tottenham. His family and local community wanted answers and didn't get them, according to reports in the media.

This young man's death and mistrust of the police is what initially sparked the riots, if the police chief stood up, told the public the full story and said we made a mistake and did the wrong thing or declared the police did what was right under the circumstances I'm sure it would have helped halt the escalation of the troubles in London that spread nationwide. We are all responsible for our actions and to my knowledge no statement has been made by those responsible. The public have a right to be told the full story.

I do not condone the rioting but it's important to have an understanding of what took place and how further social unrest could be prevented.

Absolutely LOVE this tune! An anthemic good groove of the of the new millennium. The Bugz In The Attic remix of 4Hero's Nu Jazz masterpiece has arguably not been surpassed in the past decade.
Enjoy!

One of the intentions of Groovy Perspective is to highlight and applaud the work of those taking positive actions, helping others, fighting corruption, and bringing awareness of issues that we need to be aware of. One such individual and one of my personal heroes is Brian Gerrish.

Brian, founder of alternative view newspaper - UK Column, campaigns tirelessly in an effort to expose corruption and wrong-doing throughout our nation, by shedding light where there is darkness he is helping make a difference.

The UK Column is publication run totally independent of the mainstream media, offering an alternative view, it survives primarily on donations from supporters. The success of the Plymouth based 'truth-paper' has inspired Ireland's own version - The Sovereign Independent.

From Brian's website:

Brian was awarded a Royal Navy Scholarship in 1972 and served until 1993, leaving in the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He specialised as an anti-submarine warfare expert during the cold war period. Brian was based at Devonport in the 1980s before being posted to the Royal Netherlands Navy School of Warfare Den Helder for two years. On return to UK he headed the Royal Navy’s anti-submarine warfare staff for Flag Officer Sea Training at Portland. His last appointment before leaving the service was in Command of HMS Orkney, an Offshore Protection Vessel, tasked with Fisheries Protection and security of North Sea Oil installations. During this time he watched from the front line as the EU Common Fisheries Policy was used to destroy the British fisheries, our fishing fleets and ultimately the dependent communities. The Plymouth and West Country fishing industry has of course suffered very badly under this EU programme.

The blatant betrayal the British people he had pledged to protect, was a key part of Brian’s decision to take early retirement from the RN.

Following his service career Brian worked for several years as a partner in a Plymouth based company specialising in Project and Cost Management, Building Surveying, Energy and Environmental Management. During this time he learned much about Plymouth and the poisonous Labour / Lib Dem / Conservative infighting. Whilst MPs fiddled their expenses in parliament, Brian watched with concern as Plymouth was stripped of manufacturing, industry and jobs, local people in Devonport were removed from their homes, £ millions of European and UK government grants ‘disappeared’ in the South West, dedicated Derriford nurses were replaced in a chaos of NHS ‘change’, and public assets were sold off for profit. Our City Council meanwhile lost £ millions in the Icelandic bank collapse. Determined to make a difference Brian left to become a full time campaigner.

After seeing the effect of long term unemployment amongst young people in Devonport, he created the Devonport Beagle Project, a community initiative which sought to create jobs and skills training for young people in the Devonport community through building and repair of wooden boats. Before long the project was ‘closed’ by the establishment and Brian and members of the local community threatened. Investigation as to the reasons why, led to the discovery of the political charity Common Purpose, as well as other good people in Plymouth and other cities, who were also reporting massive fraud, corruption, threats, child-snatching and child abuse. His response was to set up a local community newspaper to report events. The Devonport Column has grown into the UKColumn, which is distributed in UK and overseas, including the USA and Australia.
Brian is now a seasoned campaigner and circuit speaker, fighting against a Fabian Socialist attack on our society. This attack comes via many disguises; diversity, political correctness, collaborative projects, leadership courses, visioning, future networks, leading beyond authority, moral degradation, schools propaganda, political cells and networks, attacks on institutions, history, culture and our Nation State to name but a few. We need to do something to stop this wilful destruction of our country.

- This presentation video is a good starting point about what Brian Gerrish has uncovered and the actions collectively being done to fight back:

Groovy enough for ya?
